EniThingIWant Website Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 4, 2026

These Terms and Conditions, referred to as the “Terms,” govern your access to and use of enithingiwant.com and any related pages, memberships, digital content, courses, meditation resources, community features, products, and services offered by EniThingIWant LLC, referred to as “ETIW,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing the website, creating an account, enrolling in a membership or course, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our offerings.

1. About ETIW

EniThingIWant is a faith centered lifestyle and creative platform. The website may offer physical merchandise, limited edition products, preorders, memberships, courses, ebooks, guided meditations, written reflections, community spaces, and other creative or educational resources.

Our content may discuss faith, personal growth, emotional wellness, creativity, and lived experience. The website is not a medical practice, mental health practice, crisis service, or substitute for professional care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, create a paid membership, or otherwise enter into a binding agreement through the website. A person under 18 may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the website.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and current information, protect your password, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by circumstances within ETIW’s reasonable control. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, assigned, shared, or transferred without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the account presents a security or legal risk, payment is overdue, or suspension is necessary to protect ETIW or other users. When appropriate, we will provide notice.

4. Product Information, Pricing, and Orders

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and details may appear differently depending on your device, lighting, or display settings. Handmade, natural, or small batch products may have minor variations that are not defects.

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable charges may be added at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing, description, or availability errors. If a correction materially affects an accepted order, we will notify you and provide the option to approve the correction or cancel for a full refund.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, purchase limit violation, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

5. Founders Launch and Other Preorders

Certain products may be offered through a preorder or campaign based model. The product page and checkout disclosures form part of these Terms.

Founders Launch threshold

The Still Waters Founders Launch is intended to move into production after 200 qualifying paid orders are received. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise invalid orders do not count toward the threshold.

The campaign may remain open for a flexible period. ETIW may announce, change, or extend a campaign closing date based on campaign progress, production needs, or other reasonable business considerations. We will communicate a material change through the website, email, or both.

If ETIW closes the campaign before the threshold is reached, we will cancel unfulfilled Founders Launch orders and issue a full refund to the original payment method. ETIW may also choose to proceed with production below the threshold. If we do so, valid customer orders will remain in effect and customers will be notified.

Preorder timing

Preorder dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly identified as guaranteed. For the Founders Launch, current estimates contemplate approximately two months for production and shipment beginning approximately four months after the production threshold is reached or ETIW otherwise confirms production. The specific estimate displayed when you order controls if it differs from this paragraph.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised when you ordered, we will provide a revised estimate and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law. Where required, we will request your consent to the delay. You may cancel an unshipped preorder for a full refund if we request consent to a shipment delay and you do not agree to wait.

Product development changes

A preorder product may undergo reasonable, nonmaterial refinements during production. If a proposed change materially affects the product’s design, function, materials, included items, or value, we will notify affected customers and offer any options required by applicable law, which may include cancellation and a full refund.

Campaign progress

Any progress counter is informational and may not update instantly. The final qualifying order count maintained in ETIW’s business records controls in the event of a discrepancy.

6. Physical Product Return Policy

Unless a product page clearly states a different policy, you may request a return of an eligible physical product within seven calendar days after confirmed delivery.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with its original tags, accessories, protective materials, and packaging. You must contact us at contact@enithingiwant.com within the seven day period and follow the return instructions we provide. An unauthorized return may be delayed or refused where permitted by law.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error, you are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refundable. We strongly recommend using trackable and insured return shipping. ETIW is not responsible for a return that is lost or damaged before we receive it.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Processing times imposed by banks or payment providers are outside our control.

The following are final sale unless defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise returnable under applicable law:

  1. Personalized or custom made products
  2. Gift cards
  3. Digital products or downloaded content
  4. Products marked final sale before purchase
  5. Products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons after being opened or used

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We may request photographs or other reasonable information to evaluate the issue. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Digital Products, Courses, and Meditation Content

Digital products may include ebooks, downloads, recordings, courses, guided meditations, written materials, and member only resources. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, sales of digital products are final once access or download is provided, except where a refund is required by law or the content is materially defective or inaccessible because of a problem within our reasonable control.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable right to access or use the content for your own noncommercial purposes. You may not share login credentials, copy or distribute course materials, publish recordings or transcripts, resell access, create competing materials from our content, or make the content available to others without written permission.

We may update course or library content over time. Unless an offer expressly promises lifetime access, access lasts only for the period stated on the product page, at checkout, or in your membership plan.

8. Monthly Memberships and Automatic Renewal

A monthly membership renews automatically each month using the payment method on file until you cancel. The price, billing frequency, included access, and any trial terms will be disclosed before purchase.

You authorize ETIW and its payment providers to charge the recurring membership fee and applicable taxes on each billing date. If the payment method fails, we may retry the charge and suspend access until payment is completed.

You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting contact@enithingiwant.com. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily generate a full or partial refund for the current billing period. You may continue using the membership through the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise or terminate the account for a serious violation of these Terms.

We will provide any renewal notices, cancellation method, or refund rights required by applicable law. If we materially increase the recurring price, we will provide advance notice and any consent opportunity required by law.

9. Wellness, Faith, and Educational Disclaimer

ETIW content is offered for general educational, inspirational, spiritual, and personal reflection purposes. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Meditations, courses, faith based reflections, community discussions, and personal stories are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of website content. Results vary, and ETIW does not promise any particular emotional, spiritual, health, financial, creative, or business outcome.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately. Do not rely on the website for emergency support.

10. Community and Communication Features

The website may offer comments, forums, groups, chats, reviews, profiles, or other areas where users can communicate or submit material. You agree not to post or transmit content that:

  1. Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another person’s privacy
  2. Infringes intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights
  3. Contains malicious code, spam, unauthorized advertising, or deceptive solicitations
  4. Exploits minors or exposes another person’s sensitive information
  5. Impersonates another person or misrepresents an affiliation
  6. Interferes with the safety, operation, or intended purpose of the community

We may moderate, restrict, or remove content and may suspend access for violations. We do not undertake a general obligation to monitor every communication and do not endorse user statements. Use care when sharing personal information or relying on information posted by other users.

11. User Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give ETIW a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute the submission only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, and provide the website and related services. If we want to use identifiable customer content in paid advertising outside the ordinary operation of the website, we will seek any additional permission required by law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and grant this license. You may request removal of your content, but removal may not be possible from completed backups, legal records, or content already lawfully used with your permission.

Feedback and suggestions may be used without compensation or obligation, provided we do not identify you in a manner that violates our Privacy Policy or applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs, videos, audio, course materials, downloads, software, arrangement, and other content are owned by or licensed to ETIW and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited personal use rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, scrape, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected ETIW content without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Names, logos, product names, collection names, and other brand identifiers may be trademarks of ETIW or their respective owners. No trademark license is granted by your use of the website.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website to violate law or another person’s rights, disrupt or overload the website, bypass access restrictions, introduce malware, collect user information without authorization, make fraudulent purchases, test stolen payment credentials, copy protected content, or use automated systems to access the website in a manner that creates an unreasonable burden.

14. Third Party Services and Links

The website may rely on or link to third party services, including payment processors, ecommerce platforms, hosting providers, email services, video platforms, social networks, and shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. ETIW is not responsible for an unrelated third party website merely because the website links to it.

We may share information with service providers as described in our Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to process transactions or provide requested services.

15. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including receipts, account notices, membership notices, preorder updates, shipping information, and revisions to these Terms. Transactional consent does not by itself enroll you in marketing messages.

Marketing emails or texts are governed by the consent language presented when you subscribe. You may withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe method provided, subject to communications that remain necessary for an active transaction or account.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ETIW does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, error free, or suitable for every purpose.

This disclaimer does not exclude an express product warranty or any warranty, consumer right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETIW and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETIW’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to ETIW for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability or one hundred United States dollars.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, and they do not limit your right to a refund or other remedy expressly provided in these Terms or by law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ETIW and its members, officers, employees, and agents harmless from third party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, your user submission, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by ETIW’s own unlawful conduct.

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully because it affects legal rights. This section should be reviewed by a qualified New Jersey attorney before publication.

Before filing a formal claim, you and ETIW agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. A written notice should describe the issue and requested resolution and be sent by email to contact@enithingiwant.com or by mail to EniThingIWant LLC, 971 US Highway 202N, No. 6791, Branchburg, NJ 08876, USA. The receiving party will have 30 days to respond.

Except for an eligible individual claim in small claims court or a claim seeking temporary relief for misuse of intellectual property, an unresolved dispute arising from these Terms or the website will be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Arbitration may occur by video, telephone, written submissions, or in a reasonably convenient New Jersey location, as the applicable rules permit.

ETIW will pay arbitration fees it is required to pay under applicable consumer arbitration rules. Each party is responsible for its own attorney fees unless a statute, these Terms, or the arbitrator permits otherwise.

You and ETIW waive the right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, collective, or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law. If the class waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim must proceed in court rather than arbitration.

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Notice may be sent by email to contact@enithingiwant.com or by mail to EniThingIWant LLC, 971 US Highway 202N, No. 6791, Branchburg, NJ 08876, USA. The notice must include your name, the email associated with your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the website.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where federal law applies. For a dispute not subject to arbitration, you and ETIW consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Union County, New Jersey, unless applicable consumer law permits or requires another forum.

21. Termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may discontinue features or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, legal requirements, security concerns, nonpayment, or discontinuation of a service. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

If ETIW discontinues a paid digital service before the end of a prepaid access period for reasons unrelated to your violation, we will provide a reasonable substitute, prorated refund, or other remedy as appropriate and required by law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our offerings, operations, or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects an existing paid membership or another ongoing contractual relationship, we will provide reasonable advance notice and obtain consent where required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless you agree or the law permits it.

23. General Terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable product or service description, and any additional terms displayed at checkout constitute the agreement between you and ETIW regarding the relevant offering.

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. ETIW’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. ETIW may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
